Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders placed before 2pm CT on a business day ship the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day. We don't ship on weekends or public holidays.

Rates

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 and $6 below that. Expedited options and their live rates are shown at checkout.

Where we ship

United States and Canada. Canadian orders may attract duties collected by the carrier on delivery; those are not included in the price shown.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email when the label is created. If tracking hasn't moved after three business days, email us and we'll chase the carrier.

Lost or damaged

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll replace it or refund you.
