Refund & Returns Policy

The short version

Thirty days, no restocking fee. If we built it wrong, there's no time limit at all.

What can be returned

Apparel must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Hard goods must be in original condition. Food and pantry items must be unopened, for safety reasons.

How to start a return

Email hello@fieldnotesupply.example with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the item arriving back.

Exchanges

Easiest path is a return plus a new order, so you're not waiting on stock. If you'd rather we hold a size for you, ask and we will.

Faulty items

If a product fails because of how it was made, that's a replacement, not a return, and we cover shipping both ways.
