Everything we carry has to earn its place. If it isn't better than what you already own, we don't stock it.
Built plainly, meant to be used
Fieldnote started in a garage in 2019 with one canvas tote and a stubborn belief that most things are over-designed and under-built. We still make in small runs, still test everything ourselves, and still restock rather than chase a season.
Nothing here is precious. It's meant to be carried, spilled on, worn thin, and kept anyway.
